Zone 6b - Mid-Atlantic Gardening

Mid-Atlantic gardening is a challenge. Unpredictable weather and the gradual warming trend (for whatever reason - let’s not get political here…) make planting and maintaining perennials and shrubs a real gamble. And paradoxically, gardening can be both addictive and therapeutic.

I’m writing this blog to provide a forum for your questions and comments, and to share your gardening wisdom, especially for the Washington, DC, Metropolitan area.
